This project is about the developing an android and IOS applications. Nowadays, the gadgets are

rolling the world. Many people cannot imagine even one day without their favorite mobile device. We

use them for everything: find information, stay connected with our friends and families, find the way

around, decide what to do, and many other things. But very often we come to the point when we would

like to have an application for particular situation or for certain need, but there is no such one.

By Keeping This in Mind Our Organization came up with an idea to develop such system that will

reduce human errors in professional world. Site monitoring is an online software and application

called as Tracking system/Getting GPS location of human Resources. It’s a completely human

resources tracking system which enables to solve all the problem related to manage resources more

efficiently and effectively.

This Tracking system was invented by keeping in mind to reduce all the difficulties (Problems) face

during man made tracking system. This application was launched in United Kingdom in year 2018 by

Nawazinda Groups by Eng. Mohammed Shakil (CEO/MEA)

In our opinion it is a shame that there is no such an application that will keep the owner,

Contractor, Employees, Labor (Top Level Management To Low Level Management)and etc.

connected that is why good ideas tend to be lost. For this reason we need to develop

application that will satisfy all groups and help them to share their ideas. Of course there are

several sources on the web which might offer nearly similar services. But unique of our idea is to unite the all of them.

As all we know in today’s world, Automatic system (Integrated systems) are more reliable then the manmade system therefore Eng.Mohammed shakil and his team decided to develop such system that will reduce man effort and bring everything in one place with one click. We know Human errors are more often and accuracy is less. So this system will ultimately increase Reliability and bring the transparency in operation and yes it will be fast and time saving process with great accuracy.

For example.

If there is area or a land where the construction is going on and I am the owner of the particular land. All the labors and the contractor and so on whomsoever working inside the boundary of the land. This application will enable us to track each and every small details like Live attendance, Tracking of labor or anyone (his/her live location), and if person is going beyond the boundary of site or land which is been assign to someone, the system or application will send alert message to the owner.

By using this application Manager or Contractor or owner or...... will get complete analytical report of labor, employee etc. working on site and help him to create document in very simple process in a less time ultimately, it’s a paperless management.

System will automatically follow-up each and every task and there will be no pending, no backlog and it will be completely hassle free operation.

This system will help to achieve the target and keep transparency and corruption free management. It will help to assess and evaluate all kind of performance and help to locate issues and problems very easily
